A few years ago, I was having coffee with a friend when she blurted out the sentence above. At that point, I’d been (once again) talking about my wedding planning business for at least half an hour.

I was searching for a new brand name at the time—something that could express what the trust of engaged couples and the countless joyful moments we get to share with them mean to me and my team.

I’ve been grateful to her for that sentence ever since because it instantly made me realize how right she was: my love-business is all about love in every way! It’s about timeless, fairy-tale-like, romantic love stories straight out of a princess cartoon—and the families they bring to life.

That’s how Crystal Weddings became The Love Inc. And that’s how your wedding, if you honor me with its planning, will become a timelessly elegant event.

He finally popped the big question, and you said yes. But what comes next? Don’t worry—we’ve got a roadmap ready to guide you to the altar.

1. Join Us for a Complimentary Wedding Planning Consultation

You’re our guests for the first “direction-finding” online consultation, where we get to know each other, and you can tell us how you envision the day when you tie the knot.

2. We Create Your Personalized Quote

During our initial conversation, we’ll help unify your ideas and needs. If mutual trust is established, we’ll prepare a tailored quote for you.

3. We Develop a Script and Budget Plan

Along with the quote, we’ll provide a script for the event, compile mood boards, and create a list of expected costs. You and your fiancé can review our plans and, if needed, we’ll refine them until you approve everything.

4. We Simplify Your Decision-Making

If you decide to accept our offer, we’ll sign a contract, and once the deposit is paid, we’ll immediately start the planning process. We’ll find the perfect venue and service providers, planning every detail down to the smallest touch. You’ll only need to choose from the best options we present.

5. You’ll Receive Ongoing Support

Up until your wedding day, we’ll keep you regularly updated on progress and happily assist with tasks like selecting the perfect dress or organizing bachelor and bachelorette parties. The months leading up to a wedding can be emotionally intense and may even test family or friend relationships—we’re highly experienced in resolving such challenges too.

6. We’ll Be There on Your Wedding Day

From dawn until the end of the day after your wedding, we’re at your disposal. Like guardian angels, we’ll discreetly handle any unexpected situations that arise. Thanks to our precise schedules and contingency plans (A, B, C, and D), there’s no scenario we can’t solve on the spot. After the wedding, we’ll also coordinate the cleanup and ensure your guests get home smoothly.

7. It Doesn’t End There

Yes, our collaboration doesn’t stop with your marriage. If you’d like, we’re happy to help select the best photos, thank your guests for wedding gifts, and prepare for your honeymoon. We stay in touch with many couples years later, celebrating life’s new chapters together.
