More than a year of planning went into making this event a reality, and in the process, we didn’t just create a stunning wedding—we built a truly meaningful connection. From finding the perfect venue and handling last-minute rain concerns to designing unique decorations and capturing unforgettable moments, every element contributed to a wedding that was as memorable for them as it was for everyone in attendance.
Enikő and Tamás were an absolute joy to work with—calm, in love, and effortlessly relaxed. They weren’t seeking the spotlight; they valued quality over extravagance. And those are exactly the kind of couples I love working with the most.
A fun reflection of our bond? Enikő and I almost always showed up to our meetings wearing the same color outfits—completely by chance. That synchronicity carried through the entire planning process, resulting in a wedding day filled with love, emotion, and refined elegance.

One of the biggest challenges of the wedding was finding the right venue. Enikő had a clear vision, but we faced multiple obstacles, from unrealistic pricing to rigid policies at various locations. In the end, they chose Bodrogi Kúria based on my recommendation. While it wasn’t love at first sight, the couple made a rational decision—and the result exceeded all their expectations.
The manor provided not only an elegant setting but also ample accommodation for guests, allowing them to spend time together before and after the wedding, making the celebration even more special.
Enikő had always dreamed of a magical forest ceremony, exchanging vows beneath the trees, surrounded by nature’s embrace. Every detail was meticulously planned so that their guests could bless their love in a picturesque clearing.
But the weather had other plans.
Throughout the day, rain fell almost continuously, and we anxiously monitored the forecast. Then, just 30 minutes before the ceremony, the rain finally stopped. This is the moment when most couples would eagerly decide to proceed with their outdoor dream ceremony.
But this was where the toughest decision had to be made.
The wet grass and muddy forest floor posed a real challenge. Walking through the clearing would mean soaked shoes, stained dresses, and an uncomfortable experience for guests. As much as we wanted to make the outdoor dream come true, we had to ask ourselves: would it really be worth it?
We didn’t rush. We waited, watched the sky, and hoped. Thanks to our expert team, there was no panic—just a swift, strategic, and professional decision.
The ceremony was moved indoors, and in the end, it was absolutely breathtaking. The elegant décor and intimate atmosphere created a moment just as magical as the one Enikő had imagined—proving that sometimes, a change in plans can lead to something even more perfect.
Enikő initially envisioned floating, wave-like fabric installations adorning the ceiling—textiles that would move as if gently swayed by the wind. We affectionately called this idea the “Jellyfish” décor.
However, bringing this vision to life required extensive preparations. Beyond cutting and pre-mounting the fabric onto wire frames, incorporating built-in fans to create the desired movement significantly increased both the complexity and cost.
In the end, we opted for a modern, elegant alternative. While this still required a full day of pre-event installation, ensuring precise placement for the perfect aesthetic impact, the result was nothing short of breathtaking—airy, contemporary, and refined, mirroring the essence of the entire wedding.
Enikő was always open to creative and unique ideas, which led to the concept of an edible menu card. Instead of traditional paper, we printed the menu on wafer sheets, turning it into an interactive gastronomic experience. The guests absolutely loved this playful yet sophisticated touch, which fit perfectly with the modern elegance of the wedding.
One of the most touching aspects of the day was the presence of Enikő and Tamás’ children during the preparations. Sharing in this intimate moment was a privilege, as they played an important role not just in the lead-up to the wedding but also during the reception. Their heartfelt speech in honor of the couple brought tears to the eyes of both the newlyweds and the entire guest list.
The wedding was designed to be just as special for the little ones as it was for the adults. It was important to Enikő and Tamás that the children had just as much fun as the grown-ups, making the day a joyful experience for all generations.
To ensure this, we set up a dedicated play area, where kids could enjoy themselves in a safe and engaging environment. Whenever the weather allowed, they had access to outdoor games, adding an extra layer of fun. The little ones could play freely with giant Jenga, target-throwing games, a play mat, and even ball games—ensuring that their laughter and excitement became an integral part of this unforgettable day.
This slideshow never fails to create an emotional impact, and it was no different for Enikő and Tamás. As the images unfolded on the screen, the couple and their guests watched in awe, reliving the most beautiful moments of the day. Laughter, happiness, and a few tears filled the room as they saw fleeting memories captured—a joyful tear, a knowing smile on the dance floor, a grandmother’s loving embrace.

Throughout the day, photographers take thousands of images, and by the evening, they carefully select, edit, and arrangethe most touching and beautiful moments into a short, music-backed slideshow that is presented after dinner.
This means that the couple and their guests get to relive the magic of the day on the very night of their wedding—beautifully edited and professionally compiled.
Of course, this is an intense effort for the photography team. They must work quickly to sort, edit, and time the images perfectly to music, ensuring that by the moment of the screening, everything is flawless. The right technical setup is also essential to deliver the best experience.
It takes dedication, teamwork, and incredible effort—but the overwhelming emotions and pure joy it brings make it all worth it.
